The Belize River
is absolutely wonderful for swimming, canoeing, bird watching
and of course Howler Monkey watching as you are in the heart
of the Community Baboon Sanctuary. The Howler Monkeys come
onto the property, especially along the riverfront where you
can find them on most days right in your own back yard!!
The property features
a 36'X50' home, which at present is single floor, with the
second floor started. There are three bedrooms, 1-½
bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, gym, laundry
room and indoor garage on the first floor. The second floor
is set up to have two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living
area as well as three balconies, however this is open to your
imagination as there is still the ability to modify at this
stage. The house is all concrete and the ground floor is tiled
throughout. The house is fully wired and fully plumbed with
hot and cold water as well as being cable (through a dish)
ready.

The handyman's
residence is situated in a 24'X36' wooden building which has
two rooms with concrete floors as well as a covered area,
this is single story.
The property is
fenced, with chain link and concrete around the residence
and barbed wire on the balance of the property. The soil is
very fertile and hosts a myriad of trees and crops as shown
below, very nice!! The plantains are being grown for sale
to a local snack company, which specializes in Plantain Chips.
The fruit trees are for personal consumption as well as for
commercial use. Rotating crops are planted on a portion of
the property and the balance is used for grazing lands.
