This 7 acre island is perfectly situated only 11 miles east-north-east of Placencia Village in the Stann Creek District. This location gives you easy access to the mainland as well as the Belize Barrier Reef, which is about 7 miles to the east. There is a gorgeous reef running along the entire eastern side of the island, going down to depths of over 60 feet so you can snorkel right from shore! (this also allows for you to put in a deep-water pier for large boats). Swimming is an absolute pleasure in the protected area to the west of the island, where there are several small patch reefs as well as open spaces, which are great for docking boats.

This island is ideal for resort development as you have plenty of frontage on the windward side for your cabanas (see map), also the close proximity of many reefs as well as the Belize Barrier Reef, Laughingbird Caye National Park, many other islands and the mainland for day tours offers you endless activities for your guests.
