Caretakers Home

Full time caretaker reside in this comfortable home that measures 24 feet x 18 feet with a bathroom that measures 8 feet x 8 feet. The building is electrified and plumbed.

The Jacuzzi Pavilion is located 20 feet away from the main residence and measures 16 feet x 16 feet

Aviary

The owner has numerous exotic birds, which he has had for over 25 years. All of which hatched by licensed breeders in the U.S.A. and were imported to Belize, not taken from the wild. The aviary measures 12 feet x 20 feet.
